*EcoHub LLC and the End of Garbage: EcoHub™ Uses One Bin, One Truck and One
Route and the Multi-Patented “MaxDiverter™” System To Process 95% of
Municipal Solid Waste*

 Municipalities across the U.S. are implementing regulations that require
substantial increases in waste recycling/diversion rates to be achieved in
the near future. This provides an opportunity to derive substantial value
from that waste—but for one thing. The main barrier to realizing the full
economic and environmental value of recovering material from the municipal
waste stream is our current inability to properly separate the wide variety
of materials that are thrown away. EcoHub LLC’s patented separation
technology solves this problem and will allow municipalities to meet their
diversion requirements without requiring residents or businesses to
separate waste. Moreover, the entire operation will generate tax revenues
and create up to 800 jobs for every 2,000 tons per day (tpd) of Municipal
Solid Waste (MSW) processed.

EcoHub is in an advanced stage of negotiations for a 20-year solid waste
management contracts with three major US Cities.

Date: Friday, December 11, 2015

Time: 8:00am – 10:00am

Organizer: Gelvin Stevenson, PhD

Sponsor and Host: Crowell & Moring. LLC

Location: 590 Madison Ave. at 57th Street, southwest corner, 22nd floor

 EcoHub LLC is an eco-industrial park development company that specializes
in mining the municipal solid waste stream to create value added products
and economic development, while minimizing landfill disposal. The heart of
the EcoHub system is the MaxDiverter™ technology. MaxDiverter separates
Municipal Solid Waste (MSW) into 30+ clean and consistent material
feedstock streams (guaranteed by the manufacturers, system integrator and a
major EPC contractor) that are then converted into:

Ø Food contact approved paper products, including cups, clamshells, tissue
and paper towels

Ø Lightweight wall panels, furniture and substrates from cardboard

Ø Outdoor construction materials from off-spec plastics

Ø  Conventional recyclables (metals, glass, #1 & #2 plastics)

Ø Synthetic fuels, e.g., crude oil & syngas, from rubber, leather &
synthetic textiles

Ø Renewable biogas and biofuel, including “drop-in” liquid fuels (diesel
and ethanol); from yard & food wastes, and

Ø Soil amendments from left over organic materials

 EcoHub’s technology enables immense environmental and energy-related
benefits:

Ø Guaranteed to separate and divert 75% or more of municipal solid waste
from landfills;

Ø Reduces greenhouse gas emissions by simplifying MSW collection and
diverting the organic portion of MSW from landfills;

Ø Eliminates the attraction of vermin and other disease vectors by
separating the wet organic fraction from MSW and converting it into biogas,
liquid fuels, fertilizer and soil amendments;

Ø Reduces costs incurred by—and in some cases provides net funds
to—municipalities and other governmental authorities;

Ø  Extends the life of landfills, which are very difficult to permit;

Ø Greatly simplifies the MSW collection process, allowing single can or
container collection for residential and commercial MSW; and

Ø May be used to extract value from MSW already buried in landfills

 EcoHub has established strong partnerships with a number of manufacturing
and waste-to-fuels companies including:

Ø Green Box for conversion of fiber to food contact packaging and plastics
to diesel;

Ø JET Recycling America, which converts off-spec plastics into outdoor
construction products

Ø ECOR for converting corrugated cardboard & textiles into wallboard,
substrates and furniture

Ø Meridian Bioenergy for anaerobic digestion of wet organics

Ø Solena or comparable green waste to bio-fuel conversion technology

Ø EWS for bioreactor composting of organics and

Ø Green EnviroTech or Green Box or other conversion technology for
plastics-to-oil

 The Company also has a number of other key allies including:

Ø  ACS Industrial Services for engineering, procurement and construction;

Ø Bluescope Buildings for building systems

Ø  IBM for its Smarter Cities initiative and deep analytics;

Ø  Vecoplan for the integration of the MaxDiverter™ system;

Ø CellMark for recyclable commodities brokerage; and

Ø Raymond James and Morgan Stanley for project finance.

 Most of these companies have entered into off-take contracts with EcoHub
and will co-locate their facilities with EcoHub’s MaxDiverter™ system. All
of the equipment and construction partners have entered into bonded
agreements warranting that they or their equipment can separate materials
to 95% purity and maintain 97% uptime.

 EcoHub’s has a MaxDiverter v1 reference facility operating in Roseville,
CA, owned by the Western Placer County Waste Management Authority. This
2,400 tpd mixed waste processing and recovery reference facility was
designed and built by EcoHub Founder and CEO, Mr. Gitschel in 2005-2006,
when he served as CEO of Rose Waste Systems. At the time, it was the most
advanced and unique Mixed Waste Materials Recovery Facility (MRF) in the
United States. The net result was a doubling of the recovery and diversion
at the facility, while eliminating a second processing shift. However,
without the MaxDiverter, which Mr. Gitschel has developed over the past
several decades, 55% of the inbound waste continues to the landfill. Using
MaxDiverter, separation and diversion is guaranteed to be at least 75% and
could approach 95%.

 Current prospects are strong. EcoHub has been in discussions with a number
of municipalities and States to implement its integrated separation and
waste-to-fuels solution.

And global opportunities are huge. While the opportunity is ripe to address
MSW diversion in the U.S. and other developed countries, a greater
opportunity exists in third world countries, where waste accumulation is a
tremendous problem and a breeding ground for disease. EcoHub’s initiatives
have the potential to make a substantial dent in worldwide waste over time,
thereby improving the quality of life for much of the world’s population.

 EcoHub has a strong executive team. George Gitschel, Founder and CEO, has
over 34 years of executive experience in the solid waste industry. Mr.
Craig Harris, Director of Business Development, has 35 years in the solid
waste industry in diverse positions. Mr. Rob Watson is Chief Strategy
Officer and is the founder of the LEED Green Building Rating System.
