*SPEAKER BIOS:*

*ANDREA KENNEDY *is a Professor of Fashion Sustainability at LIM College
and founder of Fashiondex.com (http://fashiondex.com
<http://fashiondex.com/>) where she is Sustainability Lead consulting with
designers and brands on implementing sustainable practices across their
supply chains and curates the Fashion and Sustainability Summit. Andrea has
30 years experience in the fashion business and has designed at Ann Taylor,
Bob Mackie, Sunny Leigh, and Calvin Klein, as well as owned Groovy on
Grand, a slow-fashion line. Andrea is a Climate Reality leader and mentor,
U.N. SDSN mentor, member of the Sustainable Apparel Coalition, and author
of the Fashion Designer's Sustainable Sourcebook, The Design Detail Book,
and co-author of Apparel Costing. Andrea holds a B.A. in Fashion Design
from Parsons School of Design, an M.Ed. in Sustainability from
Manhattanville College and is a Zankel fellow at Columbia Teachers College
new Centre for Sustainable Futures.

*AMY HALL *serves as Vice President, Social Consciousness for women’s
clothing designer EILEEN FISHER.  In this capacity, she guides the company
toward greater alignment with its Benefit/ B Corporation status and
Horizon2030 goals.  Amy collaborates internally and externally to position
the company at the leading edge of human, environmental and economic
sustainability.  She serves on the editorial committee of the Decade of
Courage podcast, and as an advisor to SlowCo. Amy also runs her own
sustainability consultancy called, Impactorum LLC. An avid cyclist with a
self-built bamboo bike, Amy can frequently be found exploring New York’s
Hudson Valley.


*KATHLEEN KIRWOOD* is currently the found-R of the b.r.a. ® recycling
Agency; established in 2010 in Nashville, Tennessee, by inventing a Patent
Pending Methodology to Upcycle Bra’s into commercial carpet padding. She
began as a Ford Model in 1979 and started a Clip-On Shoulder Pad Business
Pints-Of-Pads ® from her NYC Walk-Up apartment Kitchen table in 1983. Her
method extracts metal and separates Plastic & Textile to form Carpet
Padding with Leggett & Platt and the Metal is being collected; to be
sold by the “pound” and donated to Breast Cancer Research.
