Hello. The American Society of Heating, Refigeration and Air-
conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE) New York chapter invites you to its
second annual Earth Day webinar 9AM-2PM TUE 4/20/21: "Energy Use in the
Pandemic Era". Among the world-class presenters is William PhD, PE,
FASHRAE, FASME, FISIAQ, Chair of the ASHRAE Epidemic Task Force, who
will explain the ETF's 2021 "Core Recommendations for Reducing Airborne
Infectious Aerosol Exposure" and how to apply it. The rest of the
speakers and panelists will focus on the theme of minimizing energy and
carbon while minimizing COVID and other airborne infectious disease. As
the engineers responsible for the Indoor Air Quality and the majority
of energy consumption in NYC's built environment, ASHRAE is leading the
application of the newest science to protect and sustain New Yorkers
and the world where we live and work.
For 2021 ASHRAE has reduced the registration fee for all,
ASHRAE members and otherwise, to just $10 in the interest of educating
people with the least barriers. Registration, program and personnel
                          info are available:
