*Bios of the panel:*

*Joyce Cacho*

Joyce is an experienced independent director, former C-suite executive
(Global Chief Sustainability Officer), with expertise in finance, ESG,
strategy, fintech, cybersecurity, innovation, and regulatory compliance.
The depth and breadth of her experience is anchored in executive and board
leadership positions in private/public companies and science-based,
research nonprofits. Throughout her career, she led initiatives which
create organization-wide improved P&L structure,

business growth and accountability.



*Dr. Amy Jadesimi*

Managing Director of LADOL, a $500 million Industrial Free Zone. Amy was a
Commissioner for Business & Sustainable Development Commission. Amy got
financial training at Goldman Sachs & Stanford Graduate School of Business
& medical training at Oxford University. Her accolades include being
appointed to UNDP Steering Committee on SDGs (2019) and the UNICEF Advisory
Group (2019) and re-appointed to the Prince’s Trust International Advisory
Board (2019).

*Monika Kumar*

Sustainability strategist with over 15 years of experience in the public
and private sectors. As the COVID-19 pandemic took hold, Monika and Susan
Kolodziejczk brought together their deep network of sustainability
professionals across the globe to support one other as they grappled with
the impacts of the crisis on their organizations.  The call resulted in
more than 60 individuals coming together to form Sustainability
Professionals for a Resilient Future (SPRF), an active online community
using sustainable principles to not only rebuild organizations but make
them better.

*Dr. Jennifer Oetzel*

Jennifer’s research and teaching focuses on social, economic and
environmental sustainability. Specifically, she looks at how companies can
reduce business risk by promoting economic, social, and environmental
development, as well as peace building, in countries where they
operate. Her research includes 27 refereed and invited articles, and
conference proceedings.  Prof. Oetzel also has a forthcoming (fall 2021),
co-authored Cambridge University Press book entitled *Business Adaptation
to Climate Change*.
