<p class="MsoNormal">The CUNY Building Performance Lab is currently seeking to fill two positions with the newly-launched NYC Benchmarking Help Center – a full-time Manager and a full-time Associate position. The positions will both involve coordinating the
start-up and operations of the Benchmarking Help Center, a technical resource assistance program aimed at supporting and expanding compliance by NYC building/real estate property owners with NYC Local Law 84 Energy Benchmarking requirements. Masters’ level
candidates preferred for the Manager position and Bachelors’ level candidates preferred for the Associate position.
