Greetings,

Because events are unfolding so rapidly for the CORIS family of remotely
controlled electrical switches, we will break tradition and meet July 10.

The CORIS switches allow residential, commercial and institutional
electrical users to automatically turn on and off electrical devices, saving
energy and reducing peak electrical load. CORIS switches can control the
vast number of electrical appliances that cannot be controlled by large
scale energy management systems. Available in both plug-in and in-line
modules, these switches are programmed via web interface to automatically
respond to time schedule, ambient temperature, current price of electricity,
and to remote commands to turn on or off. These capabilities allow all
electrical consumers greater control and flexibility to reduce or time-shift
their electrical consumption, and give utilities the ability to
automatically reduce the enormous cumulative electrical load of these
appliances to avoid brown-outs and black-outs.

See the attached announcement for additional information.

The company will be able to share recent developments in Canada
where government, utilities and retail outlets are joining forces to
commercialize CORIS products.

Since we are upgrading our registration web site, it is not
available, so please RSVP to me directly.

Best,

Gelvin
