The American food industry does not include too many companies but it
affects all the people. Four huge food conglomerates control about 80% of
the food market. Somewhere along the line, people lost trust in the
industrial food because of health safety reasons. What can companies do to
restore this trust and make the food we buy more healthy, nutritious and
sustainable?
