Thanks a carbon ton for your swift response Cary.

I just want to share with you that on March 17th 2009, the world's attention will be focused on the United Nations as we pay tribute to individuals, organizations and nations working to implement the Millennium Development Goals. It would be great if you can promote this event in your network and bring your friends and colleagues along for a great concert in a great hall.
The MDG Awards Committee is proud to announce this global broadcast event featuring an array of special guests including musicians like Julian Lennon, Akon, Macy Gray, Fiest, Mick Hucknall, Alex Kogan international luminaries and those working to address the needs of the world's poorest. Awards will be given in each of the eight categories addressed by the Millennium Development Goals with an additional 9th Award: "The Lifetime Achievement Award" will be given to Archbishop Desmond Tutu who is a remarkable individual who has positively impacted the world and helped to raise the consciousness of humankind. On behalf of the MDG Awards Committee I invite you to join us at the United Nations and be part of this historic event. Please confirm via email below ASAP as I will need your names to be passed on to the United Nations Security. I will then issued free tickets for you on a first come first serve basis to enter the United Nations General Assembly Hall. To enter the UN building across the street, go to 46th Street visitor's entrance. Once you have entered the building ask a UN guard for directions for to UNGA Hall. If you are far away from New York then please invite your friends close to the city that never sleeps to come on your behalf. If you are coming can you please RSVP on http://www.ersvp.com/r/mdgawards ASAP and just put in my name in for INVITED BY ok. And please also ask all your friends and colleagues to do the same we have 3000 seats to fill at the UNGA Hall with positively charged cool people. The tickets will be waiting for them at the UN visitors lobby. But they all have to arrive by 5.00pm latest to clear UN Security with photo ID. It will take a while to get inside as there are only 2 metal detectors at the UN visitors entry on 46 Street and 1 Ave. No cameras will be allowed in the UNGA Hall and all cells phone will have to be turned off during the entire concert. The deadline for the general public to RSVP is 10th March as it takes a week for UN Security to clear the names on the list. The people with UN credentials (Press, ECOSOC, DPI, Delegations, UN agencies) should RSVP latest by 13th March. The entire concert will be filmed and people across the planet can watch it live on the internet. I will send you the link later. The dress code is business attire. More info on http://www.un-mdgawards.org <http://www.un-mdgawards.org/> Thank you so much again for all your support. Bremley
