Join The Global Change Foundation (in formation) for the seventh
gathering of The Green Salon. Artists, environmentalists and
supporters are invited to participate in formal and informal
conversation on green issues, energy, the environment and global
warming. This early evening enhances that slice of time between work
and dinner. The Green Salon provides a great opportunity for students
and professionals to learn and discuss green issues with other New
Yorkers in a relaxed atmosphere.
This Green Salon will commence with a piano performance by Jay
Rattman from the Jazz Ensemble followed by a talk led by Brian Yanish
of Brian Yanish Designs. Brian Yanish is going to talk about Eco-
Creativity for Kids: Re-cycle, Re-imagine, Re-create with the
ScrapKins. Brian has previously worked with Jim Henson's group. It's
going to be fun at the next Green Salon with a young jazz group and
Scrapkins!
