Greetings,

We will celebrate Friday the 13th this year with a lucky company indeed.
Atmos Air has perfected an old technique-ionization-to clean indoor air in a
highly efficient manner.

Clean Air Group, Inc. owns the worldwide rights to a technology
marketed under the "AtmosAir Solutions" brand that has been shown to
outperform other existing technologies in producing clean, pleasant and safe
air throughout an entire building. 30% of all buildings have indoor air
quality problems, 50% of all illness is caused by indoor air pollution and
more than 60 million Americans suffer from allergies. The market for an
effective technology to clean indoor air is huge. In addition, AtmosAir
improves energy efficiency in HVAC systems by 10% to 40% by reducing the
amount of outdoor air that has to be brought in and either heated or cooled.

Atmos Air, applying its bi-polar ionization technology,
transforms stale indoor air into clean, fresh, healthy air. (Its
characteristics actually resemble those of mountain air.) The company has
sales, and includes as clients UBS, Hyatt New York, Deloitte, Dallas Cowboys
and Kansas City Chiefs, Walter Reed Medical Center, an Army base, and their
equipment is currently being installed in Washington's Verizon Center.

It promises to be an exciting session.
