            Please visit www.ceepinc.org now to register for Friday's
breakfast. Registration instructions below, although it's intuitive.

 

            Our October 9 company is marketing their patented oil filter
that cleans the oil in your car or truck so thoroughly that you can drive
more than 30,000 miles between oil changes. (That saves you money and, if
enough people do it, it can save about 0.8% of our oil imports.)
Substituting seamlessly for a conventional spin-on oil filter, the
microfilter efficiently captures particles as small as two microns in size,
in sharp contrast to the 25-30 micron particles captured by conventional
filters. The filter requires no modifications to the engine or filter
housing, meets all engine specifications and installs in minutes. The
microGreen filter can even be installed without an oil change and it will
clean the dirty oil.  

             

            CEO Miles Flamenbaum will describe the large markets for the
microGreen filters. There are over 800 million vehicles worldwide. The
filters are already being sold to fleets that comprise over 300,000 vehicles
and the company has acquired over 100 customers since commercial launch in
October 2008. SOMS, the company behind the filter, was recently awarded a
NYSERDA contract and by late 2010, the company expects to begin selling
through such large retail chains as Auto Zone and Wal-Mart. The company is
raising capital to expand marketing efforts, develop infrastructure, and
acquire inventory to support sales acceleration.

1.	Visit www.ceepinc.org.
2.	Create a user name and a password, if you didn't last month.
3.	Log on, using those.
4.	Click on this event ("microGreen Filters: Saving Oil, Gas and Money
for Your Car and Truck")
5.	At the bottom of the page, click "I want to go to this event." That
will take you to the registration page. If you registered previously, you
should never have to do so again. 
6.	When the payment page is working, you will then proceed to that page
and check out. Since it is not yet functional, you can pay the $50 fee at
the door, by credit card, check or cash.
