NOTE NEW LOCATION & WEB PAGE UPGRADE

Greetings,

Thanks to those who have already registered.

Our Friday breakfast meeting will showcase EtherMetrics LLC, a
product and service-based startup targeting today's $250 billion energy
efficiency market and the emerging U.S. smart grid and carbon markets. The
company manufactures and markets information technology that enables
building and company owners and operators to improve the energy efficiency
of their facilities and processes. The company's fixed-cost hardware
platform, the DataCube, provides fundamental monitoring and analysis, with
additional capabilities provided through snap-in software modules priced on
a value basis.

Ken Barclay, CEO and co-Founder, will explain how their modules for
automated compliance alleviate the burden for building managers who must
fulfill federal, state and municipal energy reporting requirements.
Automation and control modules allow buildings to save money and generate
revenue in such smart grid programs as curtailment and variable pricing.
Efficiency tracking and reporting modules provide the toolset needed to
manage any goal-based efficiency or sustainability program. EtherMetrics
also provides environmental asset services to convert customer efficiency
efforts into recurring revenue streams via carbon offsets, while providing
utilities with a scalable framework for enabling, capturing and reporting
demand-side efficiency. For the customer-side of the smart grid, energy
efficiency and carbon markets, the DataCube transforms monitoring from a
cost center into a profit center through savings, revenue and liquid asset
generation.

Note our new venue, Dickstein & Shapiro, LLP, 1633 Broadway,
32nd floor. That's between 50th & 51st Streets. Same generous host, same
outstanding firm, but in a new home.

We continue to upgrade and improve out registration process.
(And thanks to Rob Licopoli, CEEP's new Executive Director, who has done all
the work to make this happen.) Please visit http,//ceepinc.org/
