For the information of the subscribers to the Sustainability Practice
discussion group, a new NY-based non-profit, the Cleantech Corridor, is
hosting its first event of 2010.

 

DATE: Tuesday evening, January 26, 2010
Pre-registration required by Monday, January 25, 2010 

time: 5:15 P.M. - Registration, networking and refreshments

6:00-7:45 PM - Program

PLACE: Blank Rome LLP, The Chrysler Building, 405 Lexington Ave., 22nd Floor

The event is a panel discussion that will focus on challenges whose
solutions can represent opportunities for knowledgeable investors,
including: 

. Smart metering and the advanced metering infrastructure (AMI) to adjust
energy consumption automatically.

. Interoperability among devices for communications and data flow in order
to facilitate energy efficiency while maintaining reliability.

. Integrating renewable energy resources and consumer-owned generation and
storage resources into the market.
