*ADVANCED DIPLOMA IN CLEAN ENERGY*
Spring 2016 Semester

The Clean Energy sector encompasses many different technologies and
policies. This program provides a foundation in these topics and prepares
students for jobs in this growing field. Students will gain an
understanding of clean energy solutions in a variety of areas such as
transportation, energy efficient buildings, renewable residential and
commercial installations, and smart grids. Start-ups serve a critical role
for innovation in this sector. As such, students will gain a comprehensive
understanding of the strategies and related competencies for a successful
career working in a cleantech start-up – skills that can be leveraged in a
wide variety of jobs. Students will engage with clean energy data and
hone the basic skills required to interpret and analyze this information
for data-driven decision-making. The Clean Start curriculum combines a
traditional academic approach with experiential learning to
train professionals for a smooth transition into a clean energy career.

All Diploma Programs will provide industry specific career modules
presented online in a self-paced format. Career modules include lectures,
videos, and interactive exercises to help you better understand the job
market. Annual networking events and access to an online portal - featuring
job postings and a resources library - enhance your experience.
