College’s low-residency MBA in Sustainability program, based in New York
City, has an opening for a visiting faculty member to teach a single course
in “Circular Value Chain Management” in fall 2020. Bard’s MBA program is
one of a select group of programs globally that fully integrates
sustainability into a business curriculum. Bard students master the
business case for sustainability, understanding how to align profit with
social and environmental goals. Faculty members teach during intensive
weekend residencies held once a month in Manhattan; in addition, they teach
an online evening session each week between the monthly residencies. The
low-residency format allows flexibility in residential location for faculty.

MBA faculty members are expected to have earned a Ph.D., J.D., M.B.A.,
M.P.A., or equivalent degree. Successful candidates will have an
established record of excellence in teaching.
